🧠 Mind & Consciousness – Summary This teaching introduces the Kemetic principle “All is mental”, attributed to Tehuti, and explains how all things originate in the mental realm before taking physical form. It also explores the nature of the mind, consciousness, and the mental field that surrounds the human being. 🧘♂️ What the Teaching Covers All Is Mental Everything begins as a mental idea before becoming matter. All inventions, creations, and objects were first formed in the mental realm. The mental plane is the source of all manifestation. Each Has a Mind Every person has a mind shaped by: Birth conditions (cosmic/planetary) Parents and ancestry Culture and environment Life experiences Belief systems These factors create an individual mental pattern. Mind vs. Brain The brain is a biological processor. The mind is a pervasive field surrounding the body. The auric field is part of the mental body; it reflects moods and mental states. The mind travels with the body but is not confined to it. Pure Consciousness Pure consciousness exists beyond the mind. It is the witness observing thoughts, emotions, and experiences. The mind expresses consciousness, but consciousness is more expansive. The Eye of Heru Symbol of consciousness and perception. Three symbolic eyes in Kemetic tradition: Left Eye – Heru Right Eye – Ausar Middle Eye – Ra These represent different aspects of awareness.
