It is a path of service, courage, and self-discovery, unraveling body, mind, and soul through 12–16 sacred ‘hanuaat’ movements. Ra rises from the watery abyss of Nun, sitting in Nefertem/Sushen lotus posture, sending vibrations of beauty, youthfulness, positivity, and creativity. He ascends in Shu/The Air, balancing the male and female energies within himself, centering in Taful/Prayer, and radiating light from his solar plexus as he arches into Amenta, gathering cosmic energy and the solar disc crown.
